We have also been made aware of an issue this morning that concerns the additional fee of £19 for the direct debit on the finance agreement.
This is not the case and all Season Ticket Purchasers who have discovered this error will be notified by V12. The only rate is the 9.9% subsidised APR
Mark, we are working to get you an answer on the Direct Debit date change question. The agreement is with V12 so we are just making sure before we give you the information.

In brief summary though.
City 7 Free Season Card offer is for members from 2010/11 up to present date, which covers members up to Under 11. Purchases must be with a paying adult and by telephone or ticket office visit, a compiled list has been made of City7 Members.
To purchase online you must be logged in or have a valid online account, once logged in the select or purchase option will / should be available to you.
If your seat is unavailable then this maybe because you may have multiple accounts and have entered the site with a non Season Card account. The easiest way to log in is to always use the number on your Season Card.

I have been reliably informed that Family Stand renewals can be made online. Only active reservations will be available and checks by the ticket office will be carried out.

Now you can also include your new replica shirts within your direct debit plan. Simply add you pre order to your basket when you renew..
It might be worth making a note that in order for you to redeem your Teamcard loyalty points against Season Card purchases. The accounts used to accrue points must be the same as your Season Card?
Other wise the system has no way of knowing that the two are linked without the same client reference or Season Card number?
This may explain why some are not seeing the full points balance...
